All of our massages are highly customized Therapeutic Massages. The modality, or mix of modalities, are determined based on your needs at the time of your appointment. Customized Therapeutic Massage will help relieve stress, knots, tension, hyper contracted muscles, decreased range of motion, tenderness, or pain. It also promotes relaxation, improves circulation and leaves you with a sense of well-being.
